Shawn Neely is the Owner and CEO of Musketeer Mortgage and a retired U.S. Army Major. His background as a former West Point instructor, Amazon Operations Manager, and mortgage educator shapes his education-first approach to lending.
Shawn specializes in VA, FHA, Conventional, and USDA mortgages, including complex scenarios that require careful analysis and creative problem-solving. He founded Musketeer Mortgage around integrity, transparency, communication, and exceptional client service.
Nevin Salada
Mortgage Loan Originator
A dedicated family man, Nevin is a proud veteran, and your trusted Kentucky mortgage officer at Musketeer Mortgage.
Originally from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, he proudly served in the U.S. Army for 34 years, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major. After retirement from Fort Knox, his love for the area and surrounding communities inspired him and his family to make Vine Grove, Kentucky their forever home. Here, alongside his wife Heather and two sons, Hunter and Benjamin, their roots are firmly planted.
Nevin’s military career taught him the value of uncompromising teamwork and a results-oriented approach-qualities he brings to every mortgage consultation. He specializes in a variety of mortgage solutions including VA, FHA, and conventional loans, as well as refinancing options and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
Nevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA. His academic achievement underscores a marrow deep commitment to excellence and strategic thinking, ensuring that he will serve you with both knowledge and integrity.
As a member of the Elizabethtown Post 113 American Legion, Nevin continues to serve and volunteer, extending his dedication to community and country into every local endeavor. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Nevin also finds balance and refreshment in the natural beauty of Kentucky’s landscapes, which fuels his enthusiasm in every professional interaction.

In 2007, Gina relocated to Louisville, Kentucky and quickly embraced the community she now proudly serves. She transitioned from consumer lending into mortgage lending, where she has built a reputation for guiding clients through both home purchases and refinancing with clarity and confidence.
